FINTECH veteran JEREMY BOLLS, founder and CEO of Brentwood-based Olomon Inc., announced June 28 his completion of a $2.6MM pre-Seed financing of his 3-year-old startup that offers a "financial System of Record" for complex households that own their records, and for permissioned advisors, attorneys, and CPAs who serve such households. Bolls, previously best-known in Mid-TN as the founder of Kindful, which focused on supporting payments within the nonprofit sector, sold that business to Indianapolis-based Bloomerang. In announcing the pre-Seed, Bolls said that an unfilled seat among investors has been reserved for a strategic partner that is now within "the household finance and-or advisory ecosystem" and which could thereby bring added value to the pre-Seed round. That seat may still be open. VNC notes that Nashville's FINTOP Capital was an early investor in Kindful. Via his Bolls Capital Inc., Bolls is an investor FINTOP-backed Thread Bank.
